newingtoncommunity.com.au has undergone a revamp and we'd like to welcome you to the new, improved site.

The site is hosted and maintained by the Newington Neighbourhood Association and features a wealth of news and information for Newington residents.

The left hand side navigation features Quick Reference email links and phone numbers, News, Subscribe to the Mailing List, Weather and Search box.

Please go to the subscribe link to register for the information you want to receive including Precinct communications, news about community events and activties and information on road closures at Sydney Olympic Park and around Newington.

The site is designed in sections for ease of use:

	Neighbourhood Association Information about the Newington Neighbourhood Association, sponsors and administration documents.
	Useful Information This is where to go for everything from public transport links to local weather. There are phone numbers for local shops and services as well as information on local, state and federal government representatives. Security, television reception and Newington Public School information is also available under this menu. Information about Sydney Olympic Park, Auburn Council services and the use and booking of the Newington Community Centre can also be found in the Useful Information section.
	Neighbourhood News This is where to go for the latest news relating to Newington. You can also download pdf copies of the Newington News.
	Precincts Each of Newington's four precincts has a section on the new site. This is where to go is you want information on your Precinct's Community Management Statement, minutes and agendas of Precinct meetings or contact details for your Managing Agent. We have also introduced a new online application system. If you are planning any work, installations or changes to your lot you can complete the online form for your Precinct and upload photos and documents to support the application. The application is sent to the Managing Agent with a copy to the applicant. If you still want to fill in a hard copy form you can download one from your Precinct's section of the site.
	Calendar The calendar page let's you see what's on in Newington on any given day. You can also search for future events. We are still adding to the calendar and if there are any events or activities you think should be included please let us know
	Newington Community This section provides information on community groups and activities in Newington. There are sections for children, seniors, sport and religious groups.
	Photo Gallery Enjoy a gallery of photos of Newington and the surrounding parklands as well as galleries featuring photos from community events.

 We've designed the site as a 'one stop shop' for Newington and we hope you will take advantage of the site that has been designed for you.
