Special Event Parking Scheme for Newington - Have your say.  Auburn City Council is currently surveying residents in Newington about the implementation of a special event parking scheme for the Telstra 500 V8 races. FACTSHEET & SURVEY:To ensure that residents of Newington are fully aware of the implications of a special event parking scheme, Council has distributed a factsheet and survey that will give you the opportunity to have your say on whether or not you would like such a scheme implemented in the Newington area. Please read the factsheet first, before you fill in the survey and complete one survey per household.Please return the survey to Auburn City Council by 28 August 2009.
