Upcoming Community Events FABBA Farewell Summer FREE Concert The Newington Neighbourhood Association invites you to a FREE concert to farewell summer.FABBA, the ultimate ABBA tribute band will perform all your favourite ABBA songs in Pierre de Coubertin Park on Sunday 28 February from 4.30 to 6.30pm. BYO wine, picnic, rug or chair and enjoy all the hits. In the event of bad weather the concert will move to the Newington Community Centre. Clean Up Newington As part of Clean Up Australia Day come along and help us make Newington a healthier, cleaner, more beautiful place to live.We need your help to Clean Up Newington. Meet at Pierre de Coubertin Park at 9.00am.  Make sure you wear comfortable clothing, sensible shoes, sunscreen and a hat. We'll supply the bags, gloves and tongs. We'll also provide bottled water. After all the hard work's done there's a FREE sausage sizzle in the park for all the volunteers.
